We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer's remorse, sizing, or aesthetic preference. Every item is presented with detailed descriptions, high-resolution imagery, and its own certification to ensure a fully informed purchase.

2. Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee: Our Sole Exception
We offer a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee that stands as the only exception to our "all sales final" policy. We warrant that every item is as described: Natural Grade A Jadeite.

This guarantee has no time limit. If the item is ever proven, through a verifiable report from a reputable gemological laboratory, not to be natural Grade A Jadeite, we will not only accept the return but also fully reimburse you for the cost of the independent laboratory report and all associated shipping costs.

3. Return Process for Authenticity Claims
To initiate a claim under our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, the following process must be strictly followed:

• Independent Laboratory Analysis: You must submit the item, at your initial expense, to a reputable and internationally recognized gemological laboratory (e.g., Gübelin Gem Lab, SSEF, GRC, GIA, or AGTL) for a definitive analysis.
• Initiate a Claim: Contact us at info@bookooj.com to notify us of your claim. You must provide a copy of the laboratory's final and conclusive report.
• Prior Authorization is Mandatory: All returns require our prior written authorization. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and secure shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused.
• Return Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and our provided certification.

4. Refund Process
Upon receipt and verification of the item and the conclusive laboratory report, we will initiate a full refund, which includes:

1. 100% of the product's original purchase price.
2. Full reimbursement for the cost of the independent laboratory report.
3. Full reimbursement for all return shipping costs.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Situations
For absolute clarity, returns and refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Color variations (as jadeite is a natural stone and appearance can vary).
• Size, fit, or design.
• The presence of natural inclusions, textures, or fissures that are inherent to genuine jadeite.
• Reports from non-reputable or uncertified gemological institutions.
