• "Product(s)" refers to the jadeite jewelry and items offered for sale on the Site.
• "Grade A Jadeite" refers to natural jadeite that has not been treated or altered by any means other than cutting, polishing, and carving. It has not been bleached, dyed, resin-impregnated, or heat-treated.

2. Products and Descriptions

• Exclusive Grade A Jadeite: Bookooj exclusively sells Grade A Jadeite. We are committed to authenticity and provide a guarantee with every product that it is 100% natural, untreated jadeite.
• Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and appearances of our jadeite as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting, monitor settings, and the unique nature of natural stone, the Product you receive may vary slightly from its images on the Site.
• Pricing and Availability: All prices are listed in [e.g., US Dollars] and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion.

3. Orders and Purchases

We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Payment: You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and payment method at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred.
• Title and Risk of Loss: Title to the physical Product(s) you purchase passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. The risk of loss and damage to the Product(s) passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Shipping and Returns

• Shipping: Shipping costs is complimentary but delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
• Return Policy: Due to the high-value and unique nature of jadeite, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the Product received is demonstrably different from its described and guaranteed state (i.e., it is not Grade A Jadeite as certified by us). In such a rare event, please contact us to initiate a return and refund process. All returns require prior authorization.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of Bookooj or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• No Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKOOJ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
• Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BOOKOOJ EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BOOKOOJ IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookooj and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
