1. Introduction & Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our company, Bookooj, will consider collaboration proposals received via unsolicited email from self-proclaimed SEO experts or agencies.

Due to the high volume of scam and fraudulent activity in this sector, this policy is designed to protect our business's time, resources, and digital assets. It establishes a clear, binding framework to ensure that any third party initiating contact is serious, credible, and financially committed to delivering on their promises.

2. Definition of an Unsolicited Email
For the purpose of this policy, an "Unsolicited Email" is defined as any initial communication from an SEO service provider (individual or agency) to which we did not previously subscribe, request, or directly inquire about. If you have emailed us first, your email is considered unsolicited.

3. Prerequisite for Collaboration Consideration
In order for you to have a chance of collaborating with us, you must explicitly agree to and follow our rules and regulations as stated in this document.

4. The Good Faith Deposit
Because of scam and fraudulent acts coming from self-claimed SEO experts, all unsolicited collaboration will require a minimum deposit of 250 USDT (Tether).

• Purpose: This deposit is a non-refundable security payment that will be converted into a Good Faith Deposit upon formal agreement. This process ensures that the SEO expert reaching out to us will be financially responsible and committed until the task assigned is done.
• Payment Method: The deposit must be sent exclusively via the USDT (TRC20 or ERC20) network. Details will be provided after initial proposal review and before any work commences.
• Funds Held: The deposit will be held by Bookooj for the duration of the collaboration.

5. Engagement & Settlement Process
Upon acceptance of a proposal and receipt of the deposit, the following process will be followed:

1. Project Scoping: A specific, limited task with clear, measurable deliverables and a firm due date will be mutually agreed upon and documented in a simple statement of work (SOW).
2. Task Execution: You will complete the assigned task as per the SOW.
3. Verification & Completion: We will verify that the task has been completed successfully and in full by the due date.
4. Settlement:

• Deposit Return: Upon successful verification, your full 250 USDT deposit will be returned to your original wallet address.
• Service Payment: The remaining balance for the completed work, as agreed in the SOW, will be settled on the spot via a separate USDT transaction.

6. Failure to Deliver & Policy Violations
If you fail to complete the task by the due date or fail to meet the deliverables outlined in the SOW:

• The collaboration is immediately and automatically terminated without further notice.
• Your 250 USDT deposit will not be returned and is permanently forfeited to Bookooj as compensation for the time and resources allocated to managing the failed engagement.
• No further communication or recourse is available.

7. General Provisions

• No Obligation: Receiving an unsolicited email and this policy does not obligate Bookooj to enter into any collaboration. We reserve the right to decline any proposal at our sole discretion, even if a deposit is offered.
• Amendments: Bookooj reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your unsolicited email will apply.
• Liability: Bookooj shall not be held liable for any losses, perceived or real, arising from this policy or a failed collaboration under its terms. By initiating contact and sending a deposit, you acknowledge and accept all terms and risks outlined herein.

Acknowledgement
By proceeding with an unsolicited collaboration proposal and submitting the required deposit, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this policy.
