This Shipping Policy outlines the methods, timeframes, and costs associated with shipping your Bookooj order. Please read this information carefully to understand how and when you will receive your Grade A jadeite piece.
1. Processing Time

During high-volume periods or for custom pieces, processing times may be extended. You will be notified if there is any significant delay.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Bookooj is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
- Orders of $1,500 USD and Above: These high-value items are shipped securely and expediently via a premium courier service, either FedEx or DHL. This service includes full tracking and insurance.
- Orders Under $1,500 USD: These orders are shipped via International Express Registered Mail, which provides tracking and signature confirmation. This is also a free service.
We reserve the right to select the specific carrier (FedEx, DHL, or Express Registered Mail) that we determine is most secure and efficient for your destination.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. However, please be aware that some countries have strict import regulations or do not permit certain types of mail. It is your responsibility to ensure that your country accepts mail from international senders before placing your order.
If you are unsure about your country's policies, please contact us to inquire about potential shipping arrangements. We are not liable for orders that are confiscated, held, or returned by customs due to a country's mailing restrictions.
4. Delivery Times
- FedEx/DHL International: Typically [e.g., 3-7 business days] after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimates only. Bookooj is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been dispatched, including delays caused by customs clearance procedures, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Bookooj is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local government authorities.
We are legally required to declare the full value of the item(s) on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue the contents. Please check with your local customs office to understand what these potential fees may be before placing your order.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Bookooj is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Bookooj insures all packages during transit. If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or has been stolen after delivery confirmation, you must contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
