• Orders of $1,500 USD and Above: These high-value items are shipped securely and expediently via a premium courier service, either FedEx or DHL. This service includes full tracking and insurance.
• Orders Under $1,500 USD: These orders are shipped via International Express Registered Mail, which provides tracking and signature confirmation. This is also a free service.

We reserve the right to select the specific carrier (FedEx, DHL, or Express Registered Mail) that we determine is most secure and efficient for your destination.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. However, please be aware that some countries have strict import regulations or do not permit certain types of mail. It is your responsibility to ensure that your country accepts mail from international senders before placing your order.

If you are unsure about your country's policies, please contact us to inquire about potential shipping arrangements. We are not liable for orders that are confiscated, held, or returned by customs due to a country's mailing restrictions.

Bookooj is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

Bookooj insures all packages during transit. If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or has been stolen after delivery confirmation, you must contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
